Overall, this book provides intriguing insight into the world of underdogs. Although a majority of people in society judge underdogs as unfortunate people who lack the ability to succeed, that couldn't be further from the truth. Malcolm Gladwell does a great job encompassing the true meaning of being an underdog and how that title often times produces some of the greatest success stories in society. The book does jump around to many different topics, but Gladwell ultimately finds a way to unite them into a common theme. Using psychological studies and theories, Gladwell depicts the science and art of being an underdog, producing many inspiring stories that recreate the opinion of the reader.
